The Database and Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for growing and engaging a network of great candidates who are looking for jobs with employers who care. You will be responsible for creating and driving branded presence across a portfolio of Mindfield customers with the goal of increasing quality application rates for open jobs. This role is critical to the overall success of our client delivery.

Who you are:
  • You have 3+ years of experience working in a digital advertising agency or in house digital marketing role running successful, multichannel campaigns
  • You have the perfect balance of a creative yet methodical mind because you know how to create and optimize branded content and love to run a process to prove it out

What you will do:

Strategy Execution

  • Grow and refine an engaged database of job seekers through multi-channel digital and data marketing activities to support our recruitment team match them with open job opportunities
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders and customers to create recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns that drive job seekers to targeted customers
  • Analyze customer needs and segment our database to create the highest impact through system automation, planning and execution of email, SMS and/or social media campaign strategies

Brand Content Creation

  • Creation of branded content on all customer digital assets such as career site copy, job descriptions, candidate communication templates, etc.

Optimization and Analysis

  • A/B testing email campaigns to maximize conversions
  • Creating and managing Google ad and other paid advertising campaigns
  • Implement and measure Google Analytics across multiple customer career sites
  • Manage SEO across all sites
  • Synthesize data to identify trends and deliver key insights and business recommendations
  • Identify areas of opportunity and improvement in the overall recruitment marketing processes and content

Vendor Partnership

  • Manage and maximize vendor partnerships
  • Find new and impactful ways to expand the size of the database including innovative technology,
  • Collect, utilize, and share recruitment marketing best practices
